Female Libido Enhancers to Increase Low Libido in Women

Female libido enhancers aim to increase low libido in women. However, there is something more they can actually do. Such libido enhancers for women can also help women get rid of other sexual problems such as vaginal dryness etc.

Though most of the sexual enhancement products have been focused on women, thankfully women are getting their due now. There are some amazingly effective and all natural libido enhancers for women that come in the form of supplements or topical gels.

Supplements

Supplements are a blend of various herbs, nutrients and vitamins and work by increasing blood flow to the genitals. This is extremely important since reduced blood flow to the genitals is one of the prime reasons behind low libido and female sexual arousal dysfunction.

Herbs such as ginkgo biloba are highly effective in increasing blood flow. There are various studies which confirm that ginkgo can help boost libido or sex drive in both men and women. Increased blood flow ensures engorgement of the clitoris which tends to increase response to sexual stimulation.

Not only this, there are certain herbs such as horny goat weed or epimedium sagittatum that help increase the production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is important since it helps blood vessels expand or dilate so that blood flow to the genitals can be increased.

Not only this, there are certain herbs like tribulus and dong quai that help increase the production of sex hormones- both estrogen and testosterone without the side effects of hormone replacement therapy.

Low estrogen levels is a major reasons behind vaginal dryness in women which can make intercourse extremely painful. Not only this, it also makes women lose interest in sex and eventually result in relationship problems since sexual gratification of both the partners is an important aspect of a healthy relationship.

As such, these supplements provide a much needed boost to your sexual health and libido so that you can enjoy more satisfying and fulfilling sex.

Topical Gels

Topical gels are also quite effective and have gained immense popularity. Such gels work instantly and are preferred by women who do not want to take supplements. These gels are a mix of ingredients such as shea and cocoa butter, pure aloe, l-arginine, menthol USP, citric acid etc.,

They increase lubrication and provide a slippery velvety touch which tends to enhance response to sexual stimulation making you enjoy feeling you would have never imagined.

Not only this, high quality gels are based upon transdermal technology which means "through the skin". Such gels happen to increase blood flow to the genitals almost instantly on application.

One of the ingredients in such gels is l-arginine which is an amino acid that helps increase production of nitric oxide and facilitate enhanced blood flow.

Top quality supplements and gels are clinically approved and do not have any side effects.

How to Cure Bacterial Vaginosis Naturally

If you are a sufferer of recurrent BV, you will already have had the misfortune to discover that conventional meds, such as antibiotics do not get rid of the condition permanently. This is what leads many women to discover how to cure bacterial vaginosis naturally.

To understand why antibiotics have such a limited use in the treatment of this condition, it is vital that you understand a little about the nature of bacterial vaginosis.

Bacterial vaginosis happens when there is an imbalance of the pH level in the vagina. The pH level of a healthy vagina is mildly acidic and it is a shift in this pH level to alkaline conditions which triggers the growth of harmful bacteria which, in turn causes the symptoms of bacterial vaginosis which include a gray or white watery discharge which has a foul, fishy odor, together with intense itching and burning around the delicate tissues of the vagina.

The key to knowing how to cure bacterial vaginosis revolves around several issues.

* Killing off harmful bacteria
* Reintroducing good bacteria into the vagina
* Shifting the pH level back to acidic
* Providing symptomatic relief
* Enhancing the immune system
* The use of strategies to eliminate all known lifestyle causes

Now when you consider that the only role of antibiotics is to kill bacteria, you can see where this falls down as a successful treatment. Couple this with the fact that antibiotics kill off all bacteria within the vagina-including the "good" bacteria and you can perhaps understand why the body has such a hard time recovering. Indeed, around 70% of women who take antibiotics find that they have repeated attacks, once bacteria begins to repopulate the vagina.

On the other hand, most women who use tried and tested natural cures for bacterial vaginosis find that they have a much better success rate. The use of multifaceted strategies certainly works better than the isolated use of antibiotics which only deal with one limited aspect of the condition. When you think about it, it makes complete sense that if you do not deal with the root cause of your BV, it will keep coming back.

If you would like to know how to cure bacterial vaginosis naturally, lets look at some examples of how the issues above can be resolved:-

Killing Off Harmful Bacteria

One good natural way to kill bad bacteria is by using tea tree oil, which is powerful on bacteria but gentle on the body. Both pessaries or diluted oil in the bath are effective

Reintroducing Good Bacteria Into The Vagina

One good way to do this is to soak a tampon in probiotic yogurt which is rich in good bacteria. Leaving it in place for an hour will kick-start good bacterial growth

Shifting The pH Level Back To Acidic

One simple way to achieve this is to add a couple of cups of cider vinegar to a shallow or sitz bath. It is mildly acidic and can gently shift your own pH level

Providing Symptomatic Relief

Simple methods such as cooling the vaginal area down using cold therapy can be very useful

Enhancing The Immune System

Improving your diet to include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables is one easy way to achieve this. In addition, you can consider taking a good all-round supplement

Eliminating Lifestyle Causes

Common causes include over-washing, washing with perfumed soaps, douching, having intercourse without a condom and smoking.

Although the above lists only touch the surface, it will give you an idea of what is involved if you want to learn how to cure bacterial vaginosis naturally yet successfully. However, you needn't be daunted.

There is an excellent, robust strategy which is guaranteed to work and which has already helped many thousands of women worldwide be completely free of bacterial vaginosis for good. It explains in great detail yet in a very user-friendly way what you need to learn to know how to cure bacterial vaginosis naturally.

Who Will Win the 2010 Football World Cup?

By : Dave P Anderson

The 2010 World Cup in South Africa should be a great event with a variety of potential winners. If you look at the contenders, you may come to the conclusion that Brazil and Spain will be hot favourites.

Brazil have one of the worlds best players in the amazing Kaka and other top players such as Robinho. As usual they sailed through qualification but they do have a very tough group with the Ivory coast and Portugal providing difficult opposition.

Spain have a wonderful team and have a good draw for their world cup group. With players such as Torres and stars from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Arsenal they are sure to be strong contenders to add to their Euro 2008 success.

England stormed through world cup qualifying and with players such as Gerrard, Rooney and Lampard there is no doubt that they do have some top quality in their starting line up. However, despite an easy group it is normally the case that England struggle when they get to quarter final stage and meet a quality team.

Suspect areas include no recognised top class goalkeeper and a reliance on Wayne Rooney as the only world class striker.

Germany doesn't have any outstanding players but never write the Germans off as they always rise to the occasion when the crunch comes. But look out for their tough opening group and a potential next round clash with England that could prove tricky for the Germans.

Portugal has the outstanding Ronaldo but only qualified after a play off which highlights the lack of class in their squad despite being one of the most skillful teams.

Argentina has the world player of the year in Lionel Messi and a host of other top stars but Maradona doesn't have a settled team and they can be considered outsiders. But can you really write off any team with the skills of Messi?

Italy is the defending world champions who always start slowly but their team is getting older and it would be a surprise if they reached the final again.

France was lucky to qualify against Ireland and with players such as Henry and Vierra past their best it would need a massive improvement in form for the French to be serious contenders. Also throw in a manager who is not respected by the players and it's hard to see how the French can reach the final again.

Other outsiders could be the Ivory Coast with Drogba in attack and possibly Holland, who has some class players.

South Africa 2010 FIFA World Cup - All About Paraguay!

By : Alejandro Guevara Onofre

The Road to South Africa 2010!

From an Olympic perspective, Paraguay is a unique nation in the Western Hemisphere. Why? This landlocked nation is famous for its competitive athletes. Against all odds, by 1987, the Paraguayan tennis team made world headlines when they, led by Victor Manuel Pecci, defeated the United States 3-2. That day was very special for the South American country. But Paraguay has had other greatest performances in sport. Without the economic power of many Olympic nations, the FIFA 2010 World Cup will be the fourth appearance in the World Cup for Paraguay, a record in the world's developing countries. Since then this Spanish-speaking nation has been home to many top soccer players, including Casimiro Avalos, Jose Luis Chilavert, Roberto Cabanas and Julio Cesar Romero.

Country Profile: Paraguay

Paraguay is a Spanish-speaking nation located in the heart of South America. This landlocked country has an area of 157,000 square miles (406,752 km) and surrounded by Bolivia to the north, by Brazil to the west, by Argentina to the east. With more than six million people, Paraguay - about the size of California-- is among the most sparsely populated countries in the Western Hemisphere. At the same time, it is one of the most ethnically homogeneous countries in the region. Meanwhile, Asuncion is home to the country's capital city. By the early 1810s, Paraguay became one of the first independent nations of the world. Historically, the Latin American republic was a dictatorship until 1989 when the nation's ruler Alfredo Stroessner was overthrown by Andres Rodriguez.

World Cup Tradition

The FIFA recognized Paraguay as a member in 1925. In 1922 and 1929, Paraguay was runner up in the South American Tournaments in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and Buenos Aires (Argentina). In the next year, by mid-1930, Paraguay was one of 13 countries to make its World Cup debut in Montevideo, Uruguay's capital. In this event, it finished eight, outpacing Romania, Belgium and Mexico. In the latter part of the 20th century, the men's football team competed at the IV World Cup in Brazil. Meanwhile, it became South American champion in 1953. Between June 3 and June 29, 1958, Paraguay ranked 12th in the global tournament in Stockholm (Sweden).

On July 27, 1965 in Luque (Paraguay), was born Jose Luis Chilavert, one of Latin America's top athletes in the 1990s. During that period of time, he had a great career as goalkeeper. He played for Velez Sarfield (Argentina), Zaragoza (Spain) and other foreign teams. Under the leadership of Chilavert, one of the nation's three most popular idols, along with Pecci and Augusto Roa Bastos (novelist), Velez Sarfield won many international titles, including the Copa Libertadores (1994), the Copa Interamericana (1994), the Intercontinental Cup (1994), and the Supercopa Sudamericana (1996). In 1995, 1997 and 1998, he was named as the world's best goalkeeper by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).

By the late 1970s, the men's soccer team placed second in the Youth South American Tournament. Subsequently, it ranked among the top seven teams in the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Tokyo, Japan. This team was the nucleus of the country's team for the Mexico 1986 FIFA World Cup.

At the FIFA 1986 World Cup in Mexico, the men's football squad qualified for the semi-finals and was one of the thirteen best teams on Earth. In the years that followed, by 1992, the men's soccer team qualified for the Barcelona Summer Olympics, where it finished eighth, ahead of America, Kuwait, Colombia, among other teams. In Spain, Paraguay was one of two teams that made its Olympic debut.

By the end of the 20th century, the men's football team took part in the global tournament and placed 14th. During that event in France, they beat Nigeria (3-1) and tied with Bulgaria (0-0) and Spain (0-0). In the next round, the hosts beat Paraguay 1-0.

By the early 2000s, the country, with a team that had been together over the years, picked up the ticket for the 2002 FIFA World Cup in South Korea and Japan. During the course of the decade, it finished a surprise second at the 28th Summer Olympics in Greece, the nation's first Olympic medal. Subsequently, the South American nation qualified for the 2006 global tournament in Germany and placed 18th, ahead of Poland and Croatia. In 2009, the men's football squad, won the right to participate in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

2010 World Cup Finalists

By : Brono Pisino

Greece vs. Ukraine
Greece defeated Ukraine by one goal scored by soccer shirt number 31, Dimitrios Salpingidis. While Ukraine spent all its attention on feeding Andriy Shevchenko, Greece fought hard and held their own. Greece's captain, Georgios Karagounis, was in top form as he ruled the midfield and gave his 'troops marching orders to attack and counter-attack'! Going strong at 32 with 90 caps, Karagounis still gives it all he's got every time he's on the field.

France vs. Republic of Ireland
The first half of the game saw a rather quiet French team, whereas the Irishmen played with passion, making for a strange contrast. The first goal was scored by the Republic of Ireland's soccer jersey number 32, Robbie Keane, into the half-hour of the match. France seemed to come into its own after the halftime with goalkeeper Hugo Lloris constantly having to ward off Irish attacks. And when the match went into extra time, William Gallas managed to equalize in the 180th minute! This win marks France's presence in the fourth consecutive World Cup final. But this time it was not without controversy since Thierry Henry's hand touched the ball before he passed the ball to Gallas, who went on to score. Though the Irish lost, they did their nation and their national team's soccer uniform proud.

Russia vs. Slovenia
In remarkable form, Slovenia cruised through the group phase without losing a game or conceding a single goal! And they carried on with their winning streak against Russia. By the end of the match, Russia was down to nine players and a 0:1 defeat! This makes it Slovenia's second World Cup in the history of their young country. Slovenia's soccer shirt number 44, Zlatko Dedic, must be one happy man for having played an important part in sending his country to the World Cup. Slovenia's captain, Robert Koren, also deserves special mention for setting a brisk pace for his team.

Bosnia-Herzegovina vs. Portugal
Once again, the underdogs in the European zone played with energy and passion. Bosnia-Herzegovina might've lost against Portugal by a single goal, but they gave the Portuguese a tough fight. But somewhere down the line they seemed to have lost focus and Portugal (wearing traditional burgundy soccer uniforms) took full advantage. Nani spotted an unmarked Raul Meireles and was quick to pass the ball to him. Raul shot the ball into the corner of the goalpost and assured his team its fifth World Cup final.

Now that the 32 finalists have been decided, soccer fans are eagerly awaiting the draw that takes place in Cape Town, as well as, the World Cup's organizing committee's announcement of the top seeds. The race to South Africa is picking up pace and the excitement is building for soccer's biggest tournament!

World Cup 2010 - Analysis and Predictions

By : Jimmy Tong

Historical Fact

Based on historical data, no team from Europe has ever lifted the World Cup outside Europe. A country from the host continent eventually won every single World Cup except for Brazil in 1958 when they won in Sweden. When the first World Cup on Asian soil was held in 2002 in Korea and Japan, the eventual winner was not an Asian country but Brazil again. Asian countries were not ready to win yet, although S. Korea came close. These are the historical facts of the World Cup for the past 100 plus years. Eight years on, do you think an African country is actually ready to lift the World Cup on their home soil? Foolhardy are the ones who bet against history.

Our approach will be to bet on a South American country to lift the World Cup again outside of Europe, with some money put into an African country to do a first in history.

Analysis of Teams

Brazil has been winning too often and their odds are pretty low at 4.5, but still good. Some money must go to them.

Argentina is the dark horse. Not many people give them a chance because they have a certain eccentric Diego Maradona at their helm. They do have wonderfully talented players at their disposal and I just have this feeling that they will make all their critics eat their words by bonding together despite all their unwanted attention on Diego. Reminds me a bit of Italy at the last World Cup. The Italians had lots of trouble with team spirit, someone dying and so on. But they managed to use that as a bonding tool to get the team together to play effective football to win the World Cup.

England, as usual is over rated. Fabio Capello will only get them so far. History will not be kind to this talented lot of players. Gerard, Rooney, Lampard, Terry will have a good World Cup, but only up to the Semis again. I have a strange feeling that they will go out on penalties again. Guess who will miss the crucial spot kick?

My, famed Portugal will go out in round one this time. Too bad they are in the group of Death. They are too dependent on Ronaldo. I am afraid Carlos is not a Scolari this time round. Anyway, apart from Ronaldo, the other players are all mediocre.

I like the African teams. This World Cup might just be their one. Over the past World Cups they have shown the world that they are talented, skillful and capable of upsetting the best. Remember Roger Milla and the Indomitable Lions. Now with more high profile players in Europe and more importantly, with better technical coaches hired, and on their home soil, this could be the World Cup that new grounds are broken. The first African Nation to lift the World Cup on home soil? It will not be South Africa, not with Piennar type of players. The real caliber players are with Ivory Coast and even Ghana. Players like Drogba, Toure, Kalou, Essien are great players with great experience. They might just take the next great leap for African players.

As for Asian teams, I think they have had their go. It is neither their time nor place to bring in another great performance this time round. Teams underestimated their abilities in 2002. They won't make the same mistakes again.

Spain. Sigh.... They have the lowest odds. Though talented, they will come up short against the South Americans. Winning the European Championship is one thing. Winning the World Cup against Brazil and Argentina is another. Furthermore, they are not in Europe. Good luck to them.

Germany and Italy? Their era is over. Look at their leagues at the moment. Hard to imagine them coming out with winners away from Europe.

Liverpool Completes Rodriguez Deal

By : A Kumar Sap

Liverpool have successfully signed Maxi Rodriguez from Atletico Madrid on a free transfer. Rodriguez has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with the club. He may make his debut for Liverpool in the weekend game against Stoke. This is Rafa Benitez's first signing in this transfer window. He has already sold Andriy Voronin and Andrea Dossena.

Liverpool FC's performance in this season is worst among the so called "top four" clubs. They are out from the champions league, they are out from Carling cup and most recently they are out from FA cup. Seeing the current position and performance one can easily think of Liverpool not finishing in top four this season in the premier league, so they can be out from next year's Champions league also.

Why so many problems to a club who were second in the league last season? In fact their performance was very good in the premier league last season. Some snapshots of their performance are as below:

• Liverpool lost only two matches in the premier league in 2008-09 season.
• They got double (won both home and away games) against Manchester United (league winners) and Chelsea.
• They were on the top of league for more than six months.
• Liverpool won 4-0 against Real Madrid in Champions league.

Now in this season Liverpool have not shown any sign of being a threat to the league winners. Seeing Manchester City's and Spurs' performances it will be very difficult for Liverpool to finish in top four.

The club's problems are not only on the field but also off the field. They are in huge debt, team boss Rafa Benitez has already said that they may sale Torres and Gerrard for the future of the club. Team's ace striker Fernando Torres is also very much concerned about the team's bad performance this season and he has told the owners to buy some quality players. He said "If we want to compete with United and Chelsea we need a much, much more complete squad. We need more genuinely first-class players and we can't let our best players leave."

The main reason behind Liverpool's bad run in this season can be the absence of Xabi Alonso. Liverpool have sold their midfielder Xabi Alonso to Real Madrid during the summer transfer window. They bring Alberto Aquilani for the Spanish Alonso.

Liverpool's recent game against Reading has added a lot to Liverpool's problems list. Liverpool lost the game 2-1 in extra time, moreover they lost three first team players in this game. Striker Fernando Torres will be out from action for six weeks, while Steven Gerrard will be sidelined for two and Yossi Benayoun is set to miss a month.
